Lamin Jabbi

Mr Jabbi is a senior associate at AB & Co. He specializes in Telecommunications and broadcasting law and Regulation. He is also the Adviser to the Director General and the Regulatory Board of Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Agency (RURA), Kigali, Rwanda, East Africa. He advises clients on matters of policy, law, regulation and management issues covering ICTs, Energy, Transport, Water and Sanitation.

His areas of expertise include Law & Management {ICTs – General Telecommunications, Regulation and Licensing, Interconnection and Networking, Broadcasting Legislations, Contract Negotiation & Management, Litigation and Labour Relations}.

Mr Jabbi has an LLM in Information Technology Law and Masters in Communications Management (MCM) Distinction- from Coventry University and Bucks New University United Kingdom. He has a Bachelors degree in Social Legal Sciences and LLB Law Degree First Class from the University of Pune, India. In addition, he holds two Post Graduate Diplomas, to wit; Labour Laws & Labour Welfare (Industrial Relations) from the University of Pune, and Diploma in Telecoms Management from Hull University, United Kingdom. He also has two diplomas in Maritime Law from the Aegean Institute of law of the Sea, Greece and Diploma in Geo-Politics & International Relations, Jagnnnath Rathi Training Institute, India.

Mr Jabbi  joined Amie Bensouda & Co in 1999.
