Overview

We provide registered agent services for companies wishing to operate in The Gambia and in accordance to the relevant laws relating to such services such as the Companies Act, 2013. Where required and where a company wishes to have these services rendered to it, we require the following information in order to provide these services:

Procedure

If we are instructed in the provision of registered agent services to a company, we will need to be supplied with the required details such as:

1. The name of the company;
2. The address of the company;
3. The Memorandum and Articles of Association;
4. Authorization letter;
5. The name of the Director(s) who will sign the required document for authorization and the name and address to which we send the corresponding documents for signing.
